Curing chamber is a device that applies specified heat and pressure to adhere the new pre-cured tread to the casing.

Function:

Curing chamber is an autoclave-type device that applies specified heat and pressure, and over a period of time, causes the bonding layer in the built tyre to cure, to permanently adhere the new pre-cured tread to the prepared casing.

Two controlling systems are available based on different clients’ needs, manual (semi-automatic), and PLC automatic (LCD screen optional). Main data and parameters can be seen on the LCD screen, and be recorded by removable device.

The hot source can adapt steam, oil, and electric.

All our curing chambers are customized, so the capacity is based on the productivity, commonly available for 12 tyres, 14 tyres, 16tyres, 18tyres, 22tyres, and 25tyres.
