Specifications
Tyre Builder YLT is used to build the pre-cured tread for the buffed and prepared casing.Function:
Tyre Builder YLT is used to build the pre-cured tread for the buffed and prepared casing. Repeatedly rolling and compacting the built casing by pressure roller, to effectively exhaust air between pre-cured tread and casing, and then make them bonded more firmly.
Both cushion gum building and tread building application.
This builder is designed with frame, inflated construction, and the pressure cannot exceed 2.5kg.
The rolling and compacting system is driven by one main roller up and two subordinate rollers side, which can adjust the space automatically. The rollers work in line with curves of tyres to ensure the bonding among tread, cushion gum, and casing in each tyre.
