FMP Computerized Numerical Control Buffing Machine is suitable for cold & hot retreading.
Features:
- Computer numerical control. Cutting first and then rasping. Great productive and energy efficiency,
- Easy and accurate auto center distance deviation measurement.
- Desirable surfaces are achievable on tread crest, shoulders and sidewalls.
- More than one thousand of buffing programs can be stored in memory.
- Tyre is rotated with a friction control so as to make sure the equality of roughness on the surface.
- Buffing housing has a cooling unit so as to improve the longevity of buffing blade service.
- With an alarm device for buffing blade wear abrasion.
- With a rotation encoder device for girth measuring to control tyre circumference length during the buffing cycle.
- Buffing programs and data are recorded in memory. With a interface module for informationization management.
