Giant OTR Tyre Buffer/ OTR Tyre Buffing Machine JGM is used to remove the old, worn-out OTR tread surface, true up the roundness, and prepare the surface for a new tread.

Unlike other giant OTR buffing machines, our giant OTR Tyre Buffer JGM is designed to peel the worn tread with cutter first, then buff it with grinding wheel. As we known, the giant OTR tread is thicker than regular tyres’. If buffing the giant OTR treads with grinding wheel completely, the grinding wheel is not durable and not cost-effective! So the cutting-first mechanism lengthens the grinding wheel's work life and lowers the cost significantly!

Giant OTR tyre buffer JGM is equipped with the horizontally-rotated grinding wheel, which is best for hot/ mold retreading.

1. Cutting-first mechanism. Cutting off the worn tread surface before buffing, of high efficiency and lengthens the grinding work life.

2. Horizontal buffing, best for hot/mold retreading.

3. Fixed by the expandable hub & rim with high concentricity.

4. Buffing with inflated air in the tyre to ensure the buffing quality.
