YCJF25 Hydraulic Percussion Reverse Circulation Drilling rig is designed and manufactured by our factory. The drilling rig is mainly used for deep foundation project of making bigbore and grouting pile construction. And apply to various stratums, especially in gravel formation and terrane, it is better in drilling efficiency and quality.
1, Patent products (patent number: ZL 03 2 17092.0), unique produce.
2, It is hydraulic transmission, impact way is hydraulic cylinder (Patent NO.: ZL 03 2 17089.0), impacting frequency and stroke controlled stepless regulation, automatic supply, high efficiency and low cost.
3, Monolithic construction of drill is reasonable, to realize all-in-one of machine, electricity, liquid. Auto impulse takes SCM control, function is advanced, working is reliable, and it reaches the first level in China.
4, Double drum synchronous hoist (Patent NO.: ZL 03 2 17091.2) can automatic leveling hammer, prevent sticking accident.
5, Drill matches hydraulic moving mechanism, it could move in job location, not heavy, small outside measurement, moving and transport easily.

6BS sandstone pump is a kind of special slag draining equipment suitable for various large diameter bored piles.The pump,with two-phase flow,has stood the test of the Threegorge project,Beijing-Shanghai highway project,overcrose projects in big cities and high-rise building projects.It can take boken stones out of 50 meter depth hole,especially those pebbles whose maximum diameter is100mm,and normally 70mm.The pump can be used as supported product for drilling rigs capable of crilling in industrial,agricultural and national defense foundation.
