Specifications
The function of equipment expansion enable tyre to the fit width for easy inspection,then find the problem of tyre.Function:
Tyre inspection spreader is used to inspect the whole tyre and check tyre for air leaks or damage. Through the function of equipment expansion enable tyre to the fit width for easy inspection. Find the problem of tyre and make the decision whether the tyre can be retreading.
The ways about tyre first inspection are varied, but it boils down into three ways: visual inspection, inflatable inspection and shearography. The visual inspection usually uses tyre inspection spreader, and the inflatable inspection usually uses High-Pressure Inflatable Tyre Inspection Machine.
Why we need to inspect before retreading?
We collected tyres from various parts and each tyre condition is varied. To ensure the retreading quality of every tyre, must check the colleting tyres seriously.
Tyres are not suitable to be retreaded if the following conditions happen:
- Sidewall damage is beyond repair limits.
- Bulges caused by separated or broken part of wires on the sidewall.
- Wires of sidewall bruise breaks, contusion and blow outs, etc.
- Bent, distorted, torn, burnt, broken, deformed and excessively senile beads.
- Deep & rusty penetrated steel wire cuts which cause separation.
- Ply separation, excessive damage and extremely large orifice around crown area.

How it works:
Step1: set tyre on the inspection spreader. The tyre will be left on height of machine paw through the inflation of cylinder.
Step2: the paw of inspection spreader will expand the tyre body to the reasonable width for easy inspection.
Step3: control the inspection spreader to rotate tyre automatically for easy inspecting every hole and corner.
Step4: mark physical marks on the damaged location or nail hole.
