YLT Pre-cured Tread Sanding Machine is used to sand the back of pre-cured tread to easily bond with tyre casing.

YLT Pre-cured Tread Sanding Machine is used to sand the back of pre-cured tread to easily bond with tyre casing.

The back of tread from Pre-cured Tread Press is too smooth to bond firmly, so we need to sand it to increase contact surface.

This machine is controlled by both PLC automatic and manual.

The mainframe of this sanding machine includes one sanding head, two sanding heads, and four sanding heads. The two sanding heads need to sand repeatedly twice, while the four heads only need to sand once.
