This machine is suitalble for the crates for meat, aquatic and vegetables, which achieves with three steps cleaning: hot water, hot water with cleanser essence and clear water.
The equipment is made of total SUS304 stainless steel, using stainless steel hot water pump.It can take the place of manual washing, meeting the repuirment of cleaning a lage number of turnover box of food manufacturers.The machine has the advantages of reliable performance, easy operation, simple installation and maintenance, high production efficiency, good cleaning effect, low energy consumption and long service life. In addition, we can produce a variety of different specifications of turnover box or plate cleaning machine according to the different requiement of customers.
Machine characteristic:
1. Frequency conversion motor is adopted to meet the different requirements of cleaning .
2. The water tank adopts the horizontal stainless steel centrifugal pump tocirculate spraying water.
3. The cleaning nozzles use stereo square installation structure, it can use both cold and hot water to ensure a clean effect.
4. There are two filter devices in the water tank, so it is easy to clean up the dirt at any time.
5. There is a water spraying system in order to achieve the ideal cleaning effect.
6. Stainless steel multi-stage pump to ensure supply pressure.
7. Unique track plus blocking hook design is to make the box or basket run more smoothly.
8. The main parts of the shell are detachable, it is convenient to repair.
9. Automatic temperature control.
10. There is diameter of 10mm stainless steel support axial in mesh belt every 35mm.
11. There are three section: hot alkaline water cleaning, hot detergent water cleaning and clean water cleaning.
