Q1: How to order?
1. Choose your favorite items on our website and give us items number.
You can also give us pictures of the items you want.
2. We send you quotation for confirmation. After everything confirmed,
we will send you proforma invoice.
You need to sign on it and send back to us by e-mail or fax.
3. You transfer deposit payment for your order,
and send us the bank bill for our confirmation.
4. After received your deposit,
we will release your order to factory for production.
5. Once the goods finished, we will email you pictures for confirmation.
6. After you confirm the pictures,
you can arrange balance to us and arrange shipment with your forwarder.
We can also arrange shipment for you on request.
Q2: About payment
1. How to pay for orders of inflatable slides, inflatable water slides and other inflatables products?
We accept the payment method like TT, Cash, Western Union. Normally
deposit 30% - 50% before production and balance paid before shipment.
2. Can I pay via PAYPAL?
Yes, our PAYPAL account is scarlett @aoqiinflatables.com.
Q3: About Product & Order
1. Can you design one specially?
Give us an idea, we can offer the design of inflatable games like inflatable slide,
inflatable water slides or amusement parks, activities for customers' project.
2. What is your Standard of producing?
CE, EN14960, EN 71, ISO9001, SGS.
3. Minimum quantity?

Q4: About Delivery & After-Service
1. What about Delivery?
Shipping methods: Ship by sea, by air, by courier (DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX),
and freight charge can be prepaid or collected.
2. How long is the delivery?
By courier / by air: about 3~5 working days after goods on plane.
By sea: depending on the destination port.
Q5: What are the payment terms between in-stock products and custom products?
Please note that except in-stock products,
all of AOQI's products are order to make products
and are subject to a 30% - 50% deposit before production,
balance payment before products delivery after the products are finished.
As for in-stock products, customers will have to pay in full before delivery.
