Main Application:
Model WF Dust-Collecting Herbs Pulverizer is applied in the industries of pharmaceutics,chemical ,food and etc.
Air-cooled system and non sieving net design are major features of the machines.This model can process all kinds of material without limits of the viscosity,hardness,softness of fabrics of the materials.Especially it performs well on herbs and plants with grease.
Operating Principle:
The machine consists of loading hopper,grading wheel,pulverizer knife,gear ring,pulverizing motor,discharging port,fan blade,aggregating box,etc.The grading wheel and the grading plate can be adjusted to produce specific particle size.Dust from aggregating box will be collected bu dust collection box.The machine is designed according to GMP standard and made of stainless steel.There is no dust in the air during the crushing process.Other advantages are simple structure,convenient cleaning,low noise and high productivity.
