Specifications:
• Pad wiping is suitable for zinc thickness 30~100 g/m2
• Steel wire goes through between two pads, liquid zinc is extruded and falls into zinc bath
• Zinc thickness is adjusted by a bolt, adjust the pressure betwwen 2 pads to control the zinc thickness
• Steel wire is separately controlled, can produce different size wire at the same time
• Close the pad. steel wire is cooled by first-step water, to improve the wire brighness and a shinning coat, meanwhile the wiping pad is cooled directly, largely improve the lifetime of pad
• Can use together with Nitrogen wiping system(to produce big and small coat at the same line same time)
• The whole structure is reliable and delicate, convenient for maintenance
