Q3. Do you have a showroom?
We setup a 800 square meters showroom in Hong Kong. Our showroom is filled with thousands of updated new designs. Please send your appointment to us, thanks.
Q4. I would like to get the samples for quality reference, may I?
Sure, it is our pleasure to prepare and send you sample for quality check. Samples will be ready within 7-14 days upon request. Samples will be free of charge, thanks.
Q5. How about the quality? Do you have any means to make sure the quality is up to the standard?
We carry in line inspections during the course of production. Customers are welcome to carry inspection by themselves, or send third party for quality inspection.
Q6. How long is the production lead time?
Goods will be ready to ship within 30-90 days after received of deposit payment, thanks.
Q7. What is the payment terms?
We accept L/C, T/T, D/P and D/A as payment terms, thanks.
Q8. How to ship the goods?
For Bulk order, goods will be shipped by sea. For trial order, goods could be shipped by EMS speedpost or DHL.
