BS EN ISO 3821 Grade T Twin Line Welding Hose
Application: Applied to the circulation of such fuel fuel gase as luquefied petroleum gas (LPG), MPS (propene and propadiene blends), natural gas (CNG) and methane (CH4); it can be also used to circulate the gases applied to the grade R welding hose; in line with the requrements of RMA/CGA for the Grade T welding hose; non-conducting; both the inner layer and protective layer of rubber hose of this grade are oil and flame resistance.
Structure: Inner Tube: Chloroprene rubber (CR)
Reinforcement: Polyester fiber spiral line.
Outer Tube: Nitrile butadiene rubber and butyronitrile polyviny1 chloride blends (NBR&PVC) or chloroprene rubber (CR)
Temperature: -20°C ~ 60°C
Appearance: Smooth bore or stripe surface
Green or blue outer layer of oxygen rubber hose
Red outer layer of acetylene rubber hose

A: Our factory is located in industrial Park of Jiangjiabu, Fuchunjiang, Tonglu, Hangzhou. It will take 2 hours from Hangzhou Xiaoshan airport to our factory.
Q: Can you produce rubber hose in solid length, like 20 meters or 25 meters in a roll?
A: Yes, usually the length is 100M for size 1/4" to 3/8", 50M for size 1/2" to 1", we can customized it as per your request.

A: Yes, we can print your brand on the hose according to your request.
Q: Do you have certificate of your rubber hose?
