Technical advantages-LED Module
1.Heat dissipation of Honeycomb Briquette Effect
The LED module adopts the burning principle of honeycomb briquette;As a result, the air can fully pass through the gaps between the modules with the structure, thus to dissapate the heat rapidly and reduce the temperature by about 20°C.
Honeycomb Effects---solid briquette burns slowly and inadequately due to the insulation of its center from outer air,the honeycomb structure enables coal to burn due to air convection which is called the Honeycomb Effect.
2.Heat dissipation of Whole Structure
Make clever use of the module bracket that only plays the role, and to tranform it to a "heat-conductive bracket" that is capable of conducting the module's heat to the lamp shell as a structural part,thus to promote the cooling effect of radiator of cooling module. The design aims to fully utilize the surface area of structural parts to transfer heat to air.
3.Tool-free maintainance
The module adopts a special design to achieve manual disassenbly and installation of lighting components (mainly module and power supply) which makes maintainance tool-free.
