1. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)?
Our minimum order is just 100 with the same logo and color.
2. HOW DO I PLACE the ORDER?
Send us mail with specification, we will send you FREE ARTWORK with quotation. After you approve Artwork, You send us advance and we start the production.
3. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I’VE ORDERED & PAID?
We will start production.
4. DO I HAVE AN OPTION TO CANCEL?
Yes, but should be prior to proof approval and payment. Once you approve your artwork and pay, production will start and you will be invoiced for any work carried out so far.
5. SO HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
From approval of your artwork, we usually deliver you in 5-7days or less. We also have EXPRESS SERVICE with extra payment.
6. WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF CUSTOM LANYARDS YOU SUPPLY?
We supply several different types of lanyards. POLYESTER, NYLON, WOVEN, TUBULAR, and Dye Sublimated and so on.
7. HOW SHALL I SEND MY ARTWORK?
The best format would be a vectorised eps file or a pdf. If you dont have, please provide us the logo and text in outline format.
8. CAN I HAVE MY LANYARD TO MY EXACT COLOUR?
We basically have a set of regular PMS. But yes we can pantone match your lanyard material to any PMS color. For that we need at-least 6 extra days from the normal production and delivery period.
9. CAN MY ARTWORK/LOGO BE PANTONE MATCHED TOO?
Actually we pantone match as closely as possible. When artwork is screen printed, we will pantone match all the colors within your logo. When a logo is digitally printed, it is printed using CMYK colors and therefore absolute exact pantone matches are not possible, but it will be for sure very close. When a logo is in woven, we use threads, not ink.
10. WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE ANY ARTWORK?
We have artwork makers who will make your artwork FREE OF CHARGE. If you need your logo or additional text, we can help with this too, again at no extra cost.
11. HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
You have 2 options: Standard & Express. Unless you specify during the order process and pay the supplement, delivery will be approx. 2 weeks*.
If you pay extra for Express, then we can deliver in 7 days. Both timings are from the point of when your artwork is approved and you paid the advance, and not from the date you actually requested for Quote.
12. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
It is FREE, we inform you if any charge is added.
13. WHO DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?
We will choose the most suitable international express FedEx, UPS, DHL, EXW, FOB, etc. depending upon your urgency and weight of goods.
14. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes we send you mail with tracking number.
15. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF I’M NOT HAPPY?
If we make mistake, then you will get your goods remade.
