Free Sample:

Free of charge for one or two items if we make a good agreement but the freight  in collect.We don’t charge old customers sample cost depending on selected models.Please do not ask for free samples directly without a serious negotiations.

Safe Packing:

Normally each item is individually packed into a polybag/gift box and then a strong triple wall(sevel layers)corrugated cartons,no three or five layers corrugated cartons

Fast sample time and Delivery:

We can finish the samples within 5 days and the mass production in 25 - 30 days for a regular quantity.We must consider the production time of urgent order to be shortened,but please inform time emergency at the beginning of order. 

Quality Standard:

1.  The same as the samples confirmed for order

2.  To gurantee quality and durability of our leather goods,we take quality control seriously.Our QC includes for processes of checking: IQC(incoming material quality controlling,in-process QC,final QC,and outgoing QC.Every section of inspections are conducted to international standards. AQL 2.5minor / 4.0major quality stardard is accepted.

Long time quality warranty period

1. Genuine leather items: 12 months.Normally you can use it for 3 - 6 years for leather items.

2. PU leather and other material items: 3 months

We are responsible for replacing,fixing and make compensation for any defective items,we promise that our customers can receive perfect products.
