MK84160/6M Roll Grinding Machine
Main features:
1. General layout adopts separate structure, which can avoid deformation of weight of grinding wheel to lathe bed effects the machining accuracy.
2. Control system adopts SEMENS 840D CNC system,servo motor selects IFT6, main functions:automatic grinding, constant line speed grinding, constant current grinding and grinding wheel threshing automatic compensation function etc.
3. Cooling device adopts large-flow magnetic separator type filter paper tape filter to filter coolant, with sufficient heat capacity, which can prevent the surface of workpiece burns and thermal deformation, with high filtering precision, to ensure high workpiece accuracy and better workpiece surface roughness.
