High pressure and temperature stainless steel PTFE braided hose
Braided Teflon (PTFE) hose is an extruded Teflon core with an outer stainless steel braid for strength. Teflon (PTFE) hose is flexible and strong and when combined with stainless steel braid can perform under high pressure and continuous flexing and vibration conditions. With a wide range of chemicals compatibility Teflon Hose can handle an almost endless variety of fluids at extremes of pressure and temperature. Almost no substance can stick to Teflon. This property ensures the purity of any product transferred via a Teflon Hose. It also allows for alternate use with different products. Typical applications include high pressure &high temperature for Brake, Clutch AND Power Steering Lines Off-Road Brake, Transmission, Clutch, Gauge, Nitrous Oxide, Power Steering, Hydraulic and Air Conditioning.
Features of SS braided hose pipe
1)Adopt high quality pure smooth or convoluted Teflon hose and high pressure resistant stainless steel braid.
2)Under air pressure of 3kg/cm2,Teflon hose enable to withstand 300℃ high temperature steam as well as ambient temperature below 60℃,therefore, safe work is guaranteed.
3) Light weight and great flexibility
After assembly,length of 2m stainless steel braided Teflon hose is just weighed 500gram,which greatly reduces working strength ,moreover,it leads air pass through favourably due to great flexibility.
4) Great ability against pulling
It enables to withstand 180kg pulling strength,work well during work.
