Material of Conveyor Idler Roller
1) Pipe
*Carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanization
*Surface of steel tube should be smooth
*Without any fault such as crack, folding, layering or lap welding
*Ovality shoud be less than 1/2 of tolerance of outer diameter
*Curvature should be less than 1.0mm/m
2) Bearing
*Rollers adopt C3 deep groove radial ball bearing which adopts bidirectional
seal structure to improve the performance of water-proof and dust-proofing.
3) Seal
