Applicable Scope
It provides with smooth, solid, good and ideal base layer to pave various floors, carpets, epoxy floors, it’s applicable to interior floor of civil, commercial, industrial buildings. It has excellent fluidity to advance the working life and decorative effect of various laying materials, it also has good anti-pressure, tensile strength, water proof and alkali resistance. It’s self-leveling, easy to build, harden quickly, so various floor materials can be paved in a short time.
The mixing and coating technique
Underlying coating:
Please plaster the underlying coating on the concrete surface by painting brush or roller brush, self-leveling when the underlying is dry. Please plaster twice if there’s many porous on the base surface.
Mixing and stiring:
Please pour 26% pure water into clean vessel and mix with this product and stir at the same time until it becomes uniform thick liquid (the mix ratio of powder to water is 25kgs to 5.625kgs).It requires the stirring speed is under 400 rotation rate/minute and the stirring time is not too long to avoid interfusing too much air, keep it still for 5 minutes, stir again and do not need to add water for using.
The well-stirred thick liquid shoud be used up within 30 minutes if the temperature is 20°C.
Operation:
Please pour the well-stirred liquid onto the base surface which has been plastered by underlying coating, shakeout by using of trowel, roll on the surface by using of air-bleed roller to release the air within the liquid, it will self-leveling after the finishing of your above operations.
Please note
You need to operate after the curing of more than 20 days in winter and 10 days in summer regarding to the new cement ground.
This product should be cold-proof,sunshine-proof during transition and storage,
the operating temperature should not be under 5°C.
Storage and packing
This product can be stored for 12 months under seal in warehouse with temperature of 0-40°C.
