Description
ANT-201,ceramic tile adhesive mortar manufacturing,
color:grey,shape:powder.

Scope of use
Used for indoor and outdoor ceramic tiles and mosaic tiles and various kinds of stones.
Base Surface Preparation
It should be solid, smooth, no crack, remover and other attachments,
It should be wetted slightly if the base surface is porous or temperature of it is too high.
Application
1, pour the water into vessel and mix with adhesive and stir until it becomes uniform thick
paste, keep it still for 5 to 8 minutes, (the mixing ratio of adhesive to water is 25kgs to
6.0-6.5kgs),stir again and no need to add water.
2, plaster adhesive on base surface by dentiform steel trowel , cut it into dentiform stripes,
compress tightly the tiles on the adhesive,adjust the tile’s position in 10 minutes.
3, plaster the adhesive depends on the degree of roughness of base surface, as well as
the groove size of tiles.It takes about 3.5kgs to 5.5kgs per square meter if the thickness
is 2.0 to 3.0mm.
Please note
1, construction temperature is 5°C-35°C,please don’t construct in rainy day or under the
blazing sun.
2, thickness of bonding layer should not less than 1.5mm,the ready mix paste should be
used up within 2 hours.
3, interval between adhesive work and other works should be 24 hours.
4, this product contains alkali, please be careful of your skin and eyes.
Storage and packing
This product can be stored for 9 months under seal in cool and dry place.
