ANT-222 Autoclaved Lighweight Concrete Adhesive with good binding property It is made specially for ALC bricks,
it has excellent water-retaining property and bonding property which suitable for thin mortar masonry,

Scope of use
Used for Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete bricks.
Base Surface Preparation
The base surface should be dry, solid, smooth, no crack,remover and medium that lead to isolation.The base surface should be treated by primer if it is easy to dusting.
Application
1, stir the adhesive manually or electrically, pour the water into clean vessel and mix with adhesive and stir at the same time until it becomes uniform thick paste, keep it still for 5 to 8 minutes, stir it again to use and no need to add water.
(the mixing ratio of adhesive to water is 25kgs to 5.0-6.0kgs).
2,plaster the well-stirred adhesive on the base surface by use of shaving knife,the thickness is about 4mm,
lay the bricks in the correct position and compact,each time use up the adhesive in ten minutes is the best.
Please note
Construction temperature is 5-35°C,the ready to use product should be used within 1.5 hours,it should be avoid shocking within one day after the construction.
It should not be under the blazing sun or in the rain.
The ready mix powder should be used up within 1.5 hours.
This product contains alkali, please be careful of your skin and eyes. Please refer to the instructions of our products or contact with us.
Storage and packing
This product can be stored for 9 months under seal in cool and dry place.
