MDF Furnitures:
1. Uniform board density,compact structure,smooth & bright surface,not easily to deform,stable property, smooth,straight & delicate edge,not easily to collapse and layering;
Non -toxic, tasteless, no radiation and good air permeability.
2. Good performance of heat insulation & hot preservation, not aging and strong bonding.
3. Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is exquisite than ordinary particleboard,with smooth finish, not bulging and not layering, it can greatly reduce the material usage. Formaldehyde release and structural
strength are the main points when select MDF,Formaldehyde release for Medium Density Fiberboard can be Grade E1 or Grade E2,generally the formaldehyde release of a qualified product is not more than 30mg/100g.Most of the medium density fiberboard (MDF) in the market is of Grade E2 and E1 level is slightly unusual.
4. Common materials are pine, poplar and willow eucalyptus wood, etc. In domestic, Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) has been a kind of good material for furniture manufacturing and home decoration.
