1) Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory specialized in Plastic kitchen Products with 10 years experience.
2) What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 4000 pcs/model.
But we accept lower quantity for your trial order to prompt your business.
Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly.
3) Can we do printing on the all plastic products?
Yes, you can. We could offer two printing ways: silk screen printing,heat transfer printing.
4) Can we get your free samples?
We can provide you with the samples requested. You need to pay the fee of the sample, but the money can be deducted from the final order you place afterwards. Besides, the delivery cost is also borne by you.
5) Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?
Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.
6) What is the normal lead time?
A. For stock products, we will send goods to you within 7- 15 work days after we receive your payment.
B. For OEM products, the delivery time is 30-35 work days after we receive your payment.
7) How long is the least time of the samples?
A.For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days.
B.If you want your own design logo, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new priting screen.
8) What is your payment term?
A. T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal are accepted.
B. For bulk production: 30% deposit pay before mass production, and 70% pay before shipment.
9) What is your shipping way?
A.We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements.
B.By sea, by air, or by express.
10) How do you control the quality?
A.We will make samples before mass production, and mass production will be arranged after samples approved.
B. Doing 100% inspection during production, then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
11) If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
1.If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton.
2.All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container.
