Description
Paker is a must have in chemical grout used for injection of epoxy and polyurethane foam in into holes penetrated at a pressure higher than 20kg/cm(max.Prossure 500kg/cm) on to concrete structure. We produce injection packers in various specifications that are required in repairing and reinforcing concrete structures.
The factory automation we have enable us not only cut back costs but also produce them in uniform quality. The specification of packers used here may be chosen depending on the thickness of the concrete structure and on site situation.
Advantage of packer
1. It is possible to force a large amount of resin at a high speed, which ensures the through injection.
2. Because back water check valves are installed on bolt areas, it is possible, irrespective of the hardening of resin, to snap the severde parts of the nuts immediately after the injection work is completed.
