Suflower oil refinery machine
Combined deacidification and deodorization tower is suitable for the deacidification and deodorization of vegetable oil and it can produce high-quality edible oil.
This equipment is made of stainless steel and adopts pad technology. It has high rate of mass transfer. So it reduces the retention time of oil retained in the vessel and guarantees the oil quality and its nutrition value.

Sunflower oil refinery machinery
1. It has large area and high vapor-liquid mass transfer efficiency, so it can save 50-70% steam consumption.
2. Vacuum operation makes it reduce the vapor content of oil, maintain the content of Ve to the maximum extent and prevent the formation of trans-acid, which is harmful to human body. The oil quality is stable.
3. It can keep the necessary retention time, and the decomposition of pigments under high temperature can improve odor, flavor, and color of oil.
4. The de-acidification stage and de-odorizing stages are combined together. So it has the character of simple equipment, compact structure and low investment.
5. There is no wastewater and the environment is protected.
The main structure of oil deodorizing tower
This equipment is composed of FFA catching section, stripping section and layer plate section.
There is filling in FFA catching section and vacuum system is connected on the top of this section;
The stripping section is composed of distribution plate,packing layer,collecting plate.
The layer plate section is high temperature decolorization section, each layer is equipped with direct steam nozzles and side exhaust pipe.

Brief introduction
The continuous stirring decolorization tower and steam circulating decolorization tower developed by our company, adopt activated decolorizating clay as absorbent and remove pigments and other impurities from oil under vacuum and heating condition.
Applies to soybean oil, cotton seed oil, rapeseed oil, camellia seed oil, corn germ oil, rice bran oil, sunflower seed oil, etc.
The bleaching machine has following features
1. Bleaching system at vacuum state can avoid oxidation;
2. Logical frame of bleaching tank makes the oil contact with clay evenly;
3. Equip with efficiency and effectively earth dosing system that can be running automatically;
4. Filter equipment running steadily, have less trouble and residual oil in meal is less.
The structure and working process of vegetable oil bleaching machine
This equipment is composed of shell, layer division plate,overflow pipe,direct steam heat pipe, liquid level control system, there are manhole and endoscopy on the top of shell.
Adding high activity clay into oil under the definite temperature and vacuum condition. Mix and heat the mixture of oil and clay to make small particle of pigment absorbed on the clay crystal. At last, filter the oil.

Main oil refining working process
1. The neutralizing tank is used for acid for acid,alkali refining or rinse
2. The decoloring tank is for bleaching grease
3. The deodorizing tank is sued for deodotization tank
4. The conducting oil furnance provide the heating for production
5. The vacuum pump provide vacumm for bleaching , deodorization which is
can reach 755mmkg.
6. The air compressor can dry the bleached clay
7. The air press is for filter clay
8. The stream gererator can gererate stream distillation
9. The quality of die refined oil reached to the standards for edible oil and santitation by neutralization using
phosphoric acid, water washing, bleaching and stean refining .
