Extraction technology: oil extraction method applies the principle of extraction to choose some kind of orgainc solvent which is capable of dissolving grease, after exposure to oil (immersion or spray), so that the oil in oil seeds can be extracted out.

Main process of solvent 50- 300tpd soybean oil extraction plant
The oil Embryo (or pre-press cake) is immersed in a selected solvent so that the grease is dissolved in a solvent (consisting of miscella). (Solvent extraction)
- Separate the miscella and solid residual (meal)(Miscella separation)
- After that, miscella is evaporated , stripped according to different boiling points between solvent and oil. (Miscella evaporation and stripping)
- Making the solvent become steam and separate with oil, thus, obtain oil (extracted crude oil). (Extracted oil )
- The solvent steam can be used again after condensation and cooling recovery. (Solvent condensation recovery)
- Meal also contains a certain amount of solvent, after desolventizing, the dry meal can be obtained(Wet meal desolventizing)
- Volatilized solvent vapor is also used again after condensation and cooling recovery.(condensation recovery)
