Deodorization process aims to remove the FFA and low molecular compounds in bleached oil. Entering into the deodorization process, the flow of bleached oil is controlled by a flow controller, and the oil is heated to250-260℃ through a series of heat exchanger, then the temperature can reach to the condition of deodorizing.

When deodorizing, odor material in oil will be removed under the condition of high temperature and high vacuum. Distilled fatty acid gas is discharged from the top of the deodorization tower, then collected by fatty acid catcher, thus, the environmental pollution will be reduced.

1 It adopts stainless steel structured packing, which has increased the surface area of gas-liquid contact, gas-liquid transfers well, reduced the oil in the Tower residence time, effectively reducing trans fatty acids produced, guarantees the quality of refined oil.
