Pretreatment Section

Solvent Extraction Section

Solvent extraction is a process to extract oil from oil bearing materials by means of solvent, and the typical solvent is hexane.

Main machines:

Tube condenser, oil stripper, solvent evaporator, desolventizer toaster, loop type Oil extractor, rotary or rotocel extractor, oil tank, etc.

Oil Refinery Section 

Edible oil refinery plant refers to a series of refining processes that can remove phospholipids, FFA, pigment, off-flavor and other impurities in the oil. Usually there are two methods in edible oil refinery plant, one is chemical refining, the other is physical refining.
