1. How can I get samples?
We can supply some free samples in some speacial condition.
In general,pay it by Alipay and including the courier freight,we will send out the samples once get the sample charge TT copy.
The sample cost will be returned to you once the mass order placed.
2. How much the cost will be charged for the samples and the sample delivery time?
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight, and carton size and your area.
Our courier agent TNT and DHL will be save you 20% total courier charges because we have a long-term agreement.
However, you also can use your courier company to pick up.
Samples Delivery Time: 7-15 working days
3. How can I get your quotation sheet?
Please send us your inquiry with our products model number by email, we will offer you our price list, offer sheet and order information within one working day.
4. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes, your logo and company name can be printed on our products and packing, such as gift box, paper card, carton.
And please provide us the source file.
5. What 's your usual payment term for orders?
Sample or small order:100% T/T(by Alipay)
Mass order:30% deposit in advence, 70% balance against BL copy.
Or any payment term to discuss.
6.How about certification?
