1.Q:When can i receive the products after payment?
A:Normally,we will send it within 1-2 working days by air freight,shipping or by express (DHL,FedEx,UPS),and it takes about 3-5 working days arrived.
2.Q:I still have not received the products after 5 days,what should i do?
A:Maybe you address is not within the scope of air freight company or shipping company or express company. Please contact us! We will help to consult with express company and find a way out.
3.Q:I received the products is different with the pictures,how can i do?
A:Color different exists due to lighting and the use of different monitors.We will sent the samples to you for confirmation before mass production.If you are not satisfied with it ,please contact me or our salesperson for solution.
4.Q:I received the item in broken,what should i do?
A:Every item before shipping is well inspected.Though they are well packed,sometimes damage can`t be avoided because of the rough handing during shipping.In this case,please contact me and send the pictures to me,let me know the quantity which is broken,we will resend them to you with next order.
