Tarp system for dump truck is one of our main products series. Hongli did OEM tarp system 10 years ago.

Hangzhou Hongli machinery manufactoring co.,ltd. is a fctory do OEM metal fabrication parts. Found in 1998, is located in Qingshan lake city science and technology Linan Hangzhou City, in the Yangtze river delta region,covers an area of 10.4 acre,a registered capital of 15 million, is specialized in metal cutting, bending, welding, machining, heat treatment, surface coating and assembly of the OEM processing enterprise. The company's main customers are hangzhou forklift co., LTD., CURT and other companies in the United States.Products are mainly exported to North America, is the secondary supplier companies such as GM and Chrysler.

4. Quality Control
IQC: Hongli do testing for each batch of material in our testing center. Do chemical component analysis by Spectroanalysis Instrument. We do mechanical property test by Tensile Strength Tester. We compare the cert from mill, to make sure all of the material we used are qualified.
DUPRO: There are more than 20 inspectors to do inspection during production.
5. Certification
There are some certifications in our factory, like ISO 9001:2008 and TS16949 quality system certification. In addition, we comprehensive implementation of ERP management system.
