♦ Introduction
Wood pellet press is an ideal pelleting machine used for producing biomass pellets for home heating ,BBQ smoking, industrial boiler, animal bedding or generating electricity.
♦ Raw Materials for Pelletizing
The raw materials for making biomass pellets are easy to obtain, like: Eucalyptus, pine, birch, poplar,fruit tree,sawdust, wood chips; Crop straw ( wheat straw ,corn stalk, soybean straw, sorghum stalk, cotton stalk, rape straw,peanut straw, sunflower stalk); Rice husk, weed, Shrubs branch, bamboo scraps, bagasse,peanut shell, sunflower seed husks, etc.
♦ Wide Application Range for Pellets
Home heating and energy: high fuel efficiency, and easy to storage
Industrial boiler: in stead of coal, as a clean fuel for boiler, help to solve the environmental pollution problem.
Generate electricity: can be used as the fuel of thermal power generation.
Animal bedding or pet litter: Wood pellets are highly absorbent animal bedding which can absorb
up to 4 times their weight in moisture and ammonia to keep animal territory cleaner and fresher.

♣ 1. Stable performance, high yield, low power consumption, easy to operate,move and maintain.
♣ 2. Adopting one-time formed technology, no need to add extra liquid.
♣ 3. It process the powder material to be granulecharacterized with good rigidity, perfect smoothness, long shelf life and standard degree of moistness.
♣ 4. Pellets size is from 1-12 mm upon your requirement. When making different size, you just need
to change the die mould.
♣ 5. Ductile cast iron body case; the main spindle and roll axle are of high strength, good stability and not easy to deformate. The granulating chamber has a observation door for checking and maintaining anytime.
♣ 6. Equipped with Chinese famous brand motor or original Germany Siemens motor.
♣ 7. Die Mold and rollers are all made of high quality alloy steel and adopt advanced carburizing heat treatment technology which prolong the service life.
♣ 8. The pellet mill can be driven by diesel engine in some regions without electricity or of power shortage.
