Product features
1. The PLC control system, servo power systems, pneumatic drive system constitutes the unit core, through the man-machine interface LCD touch-screen to complete the process from weighing bag , packaging process, count, print date, nitrogen (exhaust ), transportation and other multi-functional .
2. The packaging parameters are set, changes done through the touch screen, touch-screen memory can store 10 different product packaging parameters, when making the replacement product it can be called up using, without the need to reset
3. The unit can be made to achieve the required pillow-type bag, angled bags and hand carry bags in, and more with bags.
4. Six Drawer weighing machine weighing hopper bucket load design using sealed to prevent leakage when the material in the weighed material and clamp the material residual phenomenon, sorted weigher comparable.
5. Packaging machine uses servo motors pull membranes and cross-sealing, so that when the device pull the film in running a smooth and horizontal when closed.
6. The granule packaging machine uses optical signal transmission and encoder identification confirmation capabilities, higher accuracy.
