General
The nutty-tart Omega Blue, thanks to its content of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) from the microalgae Ulkenia sp. the ideal complement to your meal plan and can be beneficial to your general well-being. DHA is a polyunsaturated fatty acid. As part of the nerve cells, it helps with a daily intake of 250 mg to maintain your normal brain function and vision. Regular intake of DHA-containing products is especially recommended for children, pregnant women and elderly people. Linseed and walnut oil are tasty and due to their high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, a valuable enrichment of the mixture.
