Production:
The red wine vinegar is made in submerged fermentation process (ie vinegar bacteria are submerged in the vinegar before). Red wine is in Acetator (special tank) fermented by acetic acid bacteria and constant oxygen blown into vinegar. This is filtered and bottled.
Use:
Strong, aromatic taste, to refine sauces, salads, loading Wild, sauerbraten and vegetables, Mediterranean food.

100% organic. High-quality biological Austrian or Italian red wine as a basis.
The wine vinegars are neither heated nor sulphured but only filtered.
Valuable enzymes and flavorings remain available.
