Factory
U-Timber's factory is located in Huzhou of China's Zhejiang provence. The factory has 30000 square meters of building space and more than 80 workers.
Warehouse
All products are categorised and stored properly before shipment. Pallets are handled with care by professional forklift drivers.
Technology of U-Timber
U-TIMBER is made of wood fiber and high density polyethylene (HDPE). The combination of these materials joins the resistant and aesthetic with the durability and low-maintenance of HDPE. A special heat
treatment process creates a great balance between the 60% wood fiber, 30 % HDPE and 10% additives.
Q: What's the minimum quantity?
A: It is 200 meters.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: It will be different according to the quantity.
Generally it is about 10-15 days for one 20ft container.
Q: Which payment term will you accept?
A: Payment term is T/T, Western Union and so on.
Q: Where will use WPC products?
A: WPC products are widely used currently.
For outdoor, it was mainly used at gardens landscape, the beach road, villa yard, etc;
For indoor, it was mainly used for kitchen, balcony, TV setting wall, etc.
Q: How to install WPC products?
A: Generally, it should install keel first. Fix the WPC board on the keel using nail gun,
and then plug another WPC board. One after another till the installation is finished.
Q: How long is the service lifetime of WPC products?
A: It is about 25-30years under ideal situations.
