Function of Ring Lock Scaffolding Staging:
1.Cuplock Scaffolding is a kind of heavy duty scaffolding system with high bearing capacity.
2.A fixed bottom cup and a movable top cup can clamp ledger end securely and quickly.
3.Cuplock scaffolding system is mainly used to building bridge project,supporting concrete walls,slab beams and temporary formworks in side building.
Structure of Ring Lock Scaffolding Staging:
1.Cuplock scaffolding include standard,ledger, up cup, bottom cup and ledger blade.
2.One standard is welded a up cup and a bottom cup every 600mm to join ledgers at different heights.
3.One ledger is welded a ledger blade on both ends.
4. A sleeve base is welded at the bottom of standard to ensure stability on uneven ground and also use as the connector for the standard to connect together and get higher for both inside and outside the building.

Description of Ring Lock Scaffolding Staging
1. High strength welded cuplock scaffolding system is Q235 steel tubular scaffolding which can bear about 16 tons per set.
2. The surface of cuplock vertical and horizontal are full hot dip galvanized which is an efficient method to prevent rustiness and corrosion.
3. This steel scaffolding system is made of steel tube, cups and blades, which are precision drop forged.
4. The cups with gears can prevent the ledgers moving so that the whole system are stable without shaking
5. Verticals and horizontals can be combined at many angles in horizontal level so that cuplock is perfect for arc shape building construction.
Installation Requirments
Bowl type steel pipe scaffold column horizontal distance of 1.2 m, the vertical distance according to the scaffolding load can be 1.2 m;1.5 m;1.8 m; Step distance 2.4 m, 1.8 m, 2.4 m. The erection of poling extension should be staggered, the first layer poling application of 1.8 m and 3.0 m long poling stagger arrangement, up 3.0 m long, to the top with a length of 1.8 m and 3.0 m two leveling. Lowe than 30m, the scaffolding verticality deviation should be controlled within 1/200, higher than 30m high scaffolding should be controlled in 1/400 ~ 1/600, total high verticality deviation should be not bigger than 100 mm.
