How many years of our bed warranty?
Quality warranty: 5 years
If you got the goods and found the goods damaged, we promise to give you new one.
What's our production time for the bed?
A. 1--5 sets 7--10 days
B. 5--10 sets 10--15days
What's our Payment terms?
30% for deposit, balance before the shippment.
How to deliver your goods?
First, if you have agent, we will deliver the goods to your agent in Guangzhou or Foshan of China, this is for free charge.
Second, if you have no agent in China, pls tell us your shipping port, we will give you a good price to your port.
Third, if you have no agent in China, pls tell us your shipping address in your country, we will help you arrange the goods to your address.
What's our after service department doing?
A. If your goods arrived to your country, time mention, and if the goods demigaed, we will help you return the new one.
B. techinical support,such as some special products, we will help the customer arrage the special workers to their country to install the goods.
C. new products referrence.
