PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION
1.Extremely high anti-abrasion:Owing to its particular molecular structure,anti-abrasion performance of UHMW-PE is higher than ordinary metal and plastic:6.6 times of carbon steel,27.3times of bradss,6 times of nylon and 5 times of PTFE.
2.Excellent self-lubrication performance,being low in friction coefficient and flow resistance,resulting in low energy consumption.
3.Good in resisting impact,flexibility.Even under low temperature and thunder impact,it does not break.
4.Being excellent in resisting chemical corrosion:it works against all acid,salt mediumexcept concentrated sulfuric acid,dense nitric acid and some organic solvent.
5.Being free from toxin,smell or exudate.
6.Good electric resistance,relatively low in water absorption.
7.Good performance in resisting environment stress crack,200 times of ordinaty PE
8.Excellence in withstanding low temperature.It doesn't become fragile even under -180°C surrounding temperature..
