Yuxin quartz stone is a new type of stone which I made from quartz crystal with synthetic resins and other trace elements. It’s been suppressed into large sized quartz sheets through a specialized machine under certain chemical conditions. Its main ingredient is quartz.
The main features
A: No scratches----Yuxin quartz stone contains up to 94% quartz crystal, which is well-known as the second hardest mineral in the world, comparing to the hardest mineral which is the diamond. The hardness of our quartz product can reach up to a Ta Mok’s hardness of 7.5, much harder than the other sharp objects such as kitchen knives.
B: No pollution----Yuxin quartz stone is made in a vacuum environment. The quality is very stable and no pores on the surface or inside the product. Excellent corrosion resistance can make sure that liquid such as dish wash will not penetrate into the interior. Even liquid leaving on the surface for a long time can be easily wiped by wet cloth.
C: Easy maintanance----Yuxin quartz stone has been polished by more than 30 procedures, it will not be scratched by knife blade, will not be penetrated by liquid, will not result in yellowing and discoloration. There is no need for extra care and maintenance, even after long time of installation, the surface will still look new and polished.
D: Non-combustible----Natural quartz crystal is a typical fire-resistant material, its melting point is as high as 1300 degrees. Yuxin quartz stone contains up to 94% quartz crystal, it is completely non-combustible, because of that, it is a better choice to be used in the kitchen than artificial stones.
E: Non-toxic----Bacteria has no place to hide on orinside our product because of the smoothness and tight structure of Yuxin quartz stone. Direct contact with food will not cause any hygiene problem, according to its non-toxic feature which has been certified by the U.S. NSF.
F: Non-radiation----Yuxin quartz stone is made from selected natural quartz crystal minerals. Our product contains more than 99.9% of SiO2, which has been purified during production process in order to remove all the heavy metal materials which cause radiation.
Application
Yuxin quartz stone overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary artificial stone. It can be widely used by households, hotels, restaurants, banks, hospitals and office building for making kitchen tables, washstands, kitchen & toilet walls, bar tables, staircase and handrails.
