Product description
The butyl double sealing rubber strip, which is mainly made of butyl rubber and supported by other assistant adhesion, is a kind of self-adhesive and waterproof sealing rubber strip which will never be solidified and is manufactured with advanced technology. It has strong adhesion power to the surface of various kinds of material, and has excellent weather fastness, ageing resistance and water resistance. It can seal and protect the surface of the substance to be adhered, and can absorb the shock. The product contains no solvent, so it will not be shrunken, nor release any poisonous gas. As it will never be solidified, it can properly trace the expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold as well as the mechanical deformation, and it’s a quite advanced type of waterproof sealing material.
Product Features:
The butyl double sealing rubber strip will never be solidified, and the permanent flexibility can be maintained. It can bear a certain degree of displacement. It has excellent water resistance, tightness, ageing resistance and corrosion resistance, and it’s good at resisting the ultraviolet light (sunshine). It’s service life is over 20 years.
Uses:
(1) For the first layer of sealing for the hollow curtain glass (mainly as 0.5mm thick)
(2) For the waterproof film adhesion, sealing and anti-shock for the doors and windows of war

It can also be customized according to the customer’s demand.
Notes:
(1) Eliminate the water, oil, dust and dirt on the surface of the base material before use.
(2) The adhesive tape needs to be stored at the cool and dry place, in order to avoid the exposure to heat, sunshine and rain.
(3) The product is a self-adhesive material, and the once-and-for-all adhesion can exert the optimum performance.
