Butyl sound-proof and anti-shock plate adopt the new formula of butyl rubber and environmental high-polymer material, and is covered with 0.1mm of aluminum foil that is coated with environmental polyester paint on the surface, which has good corrosion resistance and can ensure highly stable surface of the aluminum foil. It’s not easy to be oxidized, and can reduce the influence that the aluminum oxidation brings to human body. It has good performance, initial adhesion and persistent adhesion. In the ROHS detection of the environment, the following substances are not detected: Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), chromium VI (Cr+6), mercury (Hg), polybrominated biphenyls(PBBs), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), etc.
Main use:
The product is mainly used for shock absorption for the surface of the automotive chassis, car door and other metal parts, and it can effectively reduce the noise produced by the structural shock and be used for the sealing and sound insulation of houses.
Product features:
The product will not flow under 160℃ of high temperature , nor lose the elasticity under -40℃ of low temperature.
Specification and types:
The butyl rubber thickness: 2.0mm;
thickness of the aluminum foil: 0.1mm;
the finished product is sheet (80cm*50cm) or roll (50cm*4m),
the color is black, white , grey, etc; it can also be customized according to the customer’s demand.
Method of application:
The product is self-adhesive, and it can directly be stuck to the part after the release paper is ripped out.
