Usage guidance & cautions:
Dispense glue into one cap evenly, put the paper element on, get a half finished element, heat it for 5~8Minutes @ temperature 160 ~ 180°C through oven, then dispense the other cap to form the complete element, send the finished element into oven heat for more than 15 Min, @ 160 ~ 180°C
Heat thermosetting time determined by filter sizes, glue thickness, temperature inside heating tunnel and heat transferring method
Keep temperature in correct range during all time
The adhesive material should be kept in places where are dry, ventilating, shady and cool
The glue can not be diluted by any solvents
If stays in environment more than 200°C, for long time, the adhesive will be carbonized
