Sauce Filling Machine is specially used to filling sauce with big granules material. This type sauce, a common filling machine cannot finish, because sauce includes very big granules. This Sauce Filling Machine is based on weighing scale mode to filling right volume of sauce to bottles.
BRIEF INTRODUCTION
In food industry, we can see some of sauces or other pastes, which includes big granules or irregular materials, such as beef granules and Soybean sauce; A common filling machine cannot fill it to bottle well, we special designed weighing scale type filling machine can fill it very well and get a good fill accuracy.
It can suitable for dry or wet material filling requirement, even if it is very big size granules such as 30*30mm, it can also fill it well
First, material were feed in supporting material barrels; there are agitation devices installed in supporting material barrels, it will work to ensure material uniformity on dry and wet; next step is filling material.
It use touch screen operation system and it has double speed control, you can fill fast first, then slow speed to fill according to material status, so it can ensure filling accuracy.
It separate filling material and filling oil; when finished filling material to bottles, then go to next process to filling oil to ensure filling accuracy.
All the parameters can be preset on touch screen, automatic inspection bottles location, ensure no bottle, machine won’t fill.
Use stainless steel 304 to produce machine meet food sanitary requirement.
WORKING PROCESS
Bottle Feeder to supply bottles, filling material to bottles, peristaltic pump filling oil, automatic output bottles
When empty bottles arrive at load cell, machine will reset the bottle weight to zero, after that, filling machine begin to filling material to bottles, fast filling first, when weight is get close to target filling weight, then filling material slowly to finish rest weight filling; when finished, filling machine will stop filling and output bottles to next process.

How to install new machine?
(a) Most of our machines don’t need our engineer to visit customer’s factor to install, under this circumstance, just refer our user manual to install machines; if you have any questions, you can consult with our professional engineer and they will give you instructions to guide you how to do via pictures, videos etc.
(b) For some complicated machinery, customer can arrange their engineer to come to our factory for training before we delivery machines; if do need, our engineer also can go to your factory to install it, but you have to bear all the travel costs including board and lodging costs , round-way air tickets and Daily labor costs
How to offer maintenance for old machine?
(a) If old machines have any problem, customer can describe this problem to us via email; In order to avoid false understanding problem, we advise you offer us pictures and videos to show us real problems occurred; under this circumstance, we can easy to judge the problem and advise you how to solve. If need replace parts, your engineer should obey our instruction to change it.
(b) If your engineer has no this ability to repair the machine, you can also delivery the machine back to us for repair or request our engineer go to your factory to solve it; All repair costs occur should be paid by buyer.
(c) Maybe in your regions, we have local agent who can offer service to you; we can introduce you to them, if you need this local service.

(b) Out of warranty period, we will offer spare parts and technical support too and help customer to solve problems; If need replace parts, we will charge parts costs
