AWS E6013 Welding Electrodes with Carbon Steel Material
The normal sizes: 2.0*300mm, 2.5*300mm, 2.5*350mm, 3.2*350mm, 3.2*400mm, 3.2*450mm, 4.0*400mm, 4.0*450mm, 5.0*400mm, 5.0*450mm.
Welding Rod / Welding Electrode AWS E6013 is a low carton steel electrode with high titanium-potassium type coating, and suitable for both AC and DC. It is able to provide excellent welding technological performance, because the arc is extremely stable, and spatter loss is negligible. The slag has good fluid, and solidified slag is very easy to remove. The manipulate is free, and restrike is easy. It can give smooth and beautiful ripples.

Usually one 20ft container can load 1250 cartons, 25 MT. If the shipping line agrees, it can be loaded into 1350 cartons, 27 MT. One MT is about 0.6 CBM, one carton is 20kg.
Usually the package is following:
Size: 2.5mm*300mm,
package: 2.5 kg/inner box, 8 boxes/ carton=20kg,
Size: 3.2mm*350mm,
package: 5.0 kg/inner box, 4 boxes/ carton=20kg,
Size: 4.0mm*400mm,
package:5.0 kg/inner box, 4 boxes/ carton=20kg.
Inner box is a shrink-wrapped cardboard box.
Moreover, we can do it on pallets as client’s request: 1MT/ Pallet or 2 MT/ Pallet.

Answer: Usually we accept T/T, 30% T/T prepaid before production, 70% T/T payment after you see the copy of B/L. If you are one real buyer, we also can accept L/C at sight.
4.What are your company normal export terms?
Answer: We normal export with CFR, CIF and FOB trade terms.
5.How many days it will take you to produce mass production for us?
Answer: Usually it takes about 7-15 days, it also depends on the quantity and production seasons.
