1. Work Principle
What is RF (Radio Frequency)?
Technically speaking, radiofrequency is a kind of electromagnetic spectrum. It is a high frequency and alternating electromagnetic wave. When RF acts on the skin, it will make the collagen of dermal fibers heated to 45 °C -65 °C. Then the collagen fiber will shrink in a short time which can tighten the flabby skin and stimulate the collagen to grow. By this, RF energy will prompt the dermis layer to be firm and elastic. That is, to tighten the skin and remove the wrinkle.
What is Bi-polar/Four-polar RF?
Bi-polar /Four-polar refer to a RF device, which has two /four polar or electrodes.
Bi-polar and Four-polar RF adopt the latest technology of recycle chrysanthemum shaped radiation pattern to deliver the radio frequency energy. In this way, the generated heat will produce an electric field, which will conduct the heat energy from the skin surface to the subcutaneous tissue. 4. How to use
1) Before the operation, both the customers and the beauticians should remove all the metal decorations.
2) The customer's hair root part must be protected with gel or towel during the facial treatment, to avoid the static friction between the probe and the hair, which may cause the hair burn.
3) It is advised to use products with higher oil to moist the skin.
4) During the operation, the RF probe must touch the skin firstly, then move the probe around and adjust the energy. The Energy should be adjusted slowly from low to high level until the customer feels comfortable.
Attention:
1) The headpiece can not leave the customer's skin, and can not stay in the same position. It must be moved around on the face during the whole operation process.
2) The headpiece must touch the face totally, not only small part of it keeps working.
3) For the eye, the operation way is advised to make circles.
Notice: The operation time is decided by professional beautician according to the different skin type of the customer.

6. POST SERVICE and MAINTENANCE

We will guarantee the quality of our equipment, normally there is no quality problem.
- 1. If there is a deficiency, please email or call us on the reasons, it would be best if this can be dealt with by email or telephone. Because some of the problems are caused by using the machine in a wrong way.
- 2. We suggest the client to take photos of the area where the problem occurs, we will pass them to our technician, and our technician will give a satisfactory answer within 1-7 working days.
- 3. If the problem comes from the spare part, we could consider in changing the spare part for our client, which could be sent with his/her next order. If the next order is uncertain, we could pay freight cost to send the spare parts.
- 4. If the problem comes from the main device, we could advice our client to post the device back to our company for repair by ordinary post, or we could re-send a new one to our client. If the cost of posting the problematic device back to JIMY is more than the value of a new device, JIMY would take it into consideration, according to the actual status, apply to re-send a completely new device back to our client.

1. The term of maintaining guarantee is a year from the date of purchasing according to the receipt. Others not included in maintaining guarantee or over the time, we also supply to maintain and renew but need charges. Please contact with the dealer if need change of purchase for the parts and easily expendable products.
