Established in Aug. 2001, Zhejiang Shengli Down Products Co., Ltd. is a private company located in Xiaoshan Chinese Down Industrial District. Our company is alongside with Xinluo Nation Highway and No. 03 Province Highway, being 17km from Xiaoshan International Airport, and our transportation is convenient. 

Our company specializes in manufacturing feather and down products such as duvets, pillows, mattress protectors and other related products. We can provide all kinds of fabrics for the mentioned products, such as printed cotton, jacquard fabric, peach skin, fleece, suede, and chenille. 

We have a staff of 450 people including 50 high or mid-rank technicians. Our company occupies an area of 9000sqm including 7000sqm of building area. Furthermore, our company has a modern workshop, office building and assistant equipment and also a complete set of production line for down processing, washing, sterilization and disinfection. Our main equipment includes dividing machines in single and five boxes, washing machines, mixing and stacking machines, packing machines and other facilities that are required for feather and down processing. 

Our company actually produced 600tons down, ,3500 tons feather, and 1,500,000 sets of down articles last year, which was worth USD30 million of production value or export revenue. Our products are mostly exported to Europe, the USA and Japan. In addition, our company applied our brand - "snow -man" in 2008.
