Acron poly v belt
1 The ribbed belt combines the high flexibility of flat belt with the high performance of v-belt.
2 The v-shaped parallel ribs are made from a wear-resistant rubber compound.
3 The high strength tension cord is designed for many applications of the ribbed belt.
4 It is embedded in a rubber adhesive mixture and covers the entire width of the ribbed belt.
5 Fibre reinforced, wear resistant compounds ensure quiet operation, oil and heat resistant and a long belt life.
Characteristics
1 Compact configuration,high transmission capability;
2 Thin belt body ,high fiexing capability;
3 Anti-heat,anti-oil,anti-wearing and little pretensioning required.
4 Good efficient of friction and high performance
All in all the small minimum pulley diameter permit drives with high speed ratios as well as small drive volume requirements. Ribbed belts are suited for use of back bend idlers. E.g. in serpentine drives.
