1.Timing belt is a kind of ring belt which has the wire rope or glass faber as its reinforced layer, and a polyurethane or chloroprene rubber as its outer surface, the inside of the belt are made dentate to make it occlusive to the toothed wheels.
2. When it is working, it has an accurate transmission ratio, and it has a small force into the shaft, anti-oil, anti-abrasion, anti-aging, the general temperature during its usage is from -20 °C to 80 °C , v<50m/s, P<300kw, i<10, and it can be used in the low-speed transmission too when it is needed.
Type of the teeth:
There are two types of the timing belts' tooth shape: trapezoida tooth(Marked with 1 ) and arc tooth( Marked with 2 );
The arc tooth can be divided into three types: arc tooth(H series, which can be call HTD ), flat circular arc tooth(S series, also known as STPD) and concave parabolic tooth(R series Marked with 3).
The pictures marked with 4, 5, 6 are all about the tooth shape of the double side timing belt;

Marks: Marks or some other kinds of notes can be printed on the cartons according to our customers' requirements.
Shipment: Usually by sea in export containers.
